14 day Return Policy
We will review the replacement of Products or refund requests within 14 days of placed order. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return or exchange, the prints must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise to ensure it meets these criteria, we will proceed with processing your refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for the initial purchase, whether that be a credit card, PayPal, or another form of payment.
To start a return, you can contact us at iaaprints@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning items. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracking service and insurance when shipping your returns to ensure they are safeguarded throughout the process. In the unfortunate event that a return is lost during transit, we will be unable to issue a refund for the order.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that your product arrives misprinted or sustains damage during shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us at iaaprints@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and will arrange for a new print to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
To assist us in expediting the process, kindly include detailed photographs of the entire print, the specific areas where the damage occurred, the packing slip, and the invoice number. This information is crucial for us to address the problem efficiently and ensure your complete satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret to inform you that returns or exchanges are not available for custom orders or oversized/wholesale purchases. These items are specifically made-to-order, ensuring they meet your exact specifications, which is why we are unable to accept them back once the order has been placed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
This policy is inclusive of Goods that use 'Sample Text' elements as the default text personalization. When making a purchase, insofar as You keep the 'Sample Text' element unchanged, You accept that personalization element as your own modification. Goods purchased with Sample Text are considered custom Orders with personalized elements.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, we must contact us through our contact page within one hour of placing your purchase. Please ensure you provide your full name and order number in your communication.
Unfortunately, if you do not make contact within this specified time frame, we will be unable to accommodate the cancellation request. This time-sensitive policy helps us efficiently manage and process orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at iaaprints@gmail.com.
